You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping and handling, of course). Now if it's our fault, like we sent you the wrong item or the item was defective, we will make it right. However, if you're returning something simply because you changed your mind. your return could be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Why? Well, because it costs us money to refund your money. Crazy? Yes! But it is a fact. The bottom line for us is we want to be as fair as possible in our efforts to make everyone happy.
Now if your purchase was damaged in shipping, that's a whole other story. Contact us at 888*480*1881 as soon as possible and we'll go over all of your options.
Either way, before you go sending anything back, please call us at the above number for a RA#. Note here that most of our shipping is handled by Greg and Joey at Skim City in Indialantic, Floirda, so don't be confused when they answer the phone.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If your destination doesn't show up when you go to place your order, give us a call and we'll add your destination to our software. Please also note that the shipping rates for almost all of the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
